The Scene
Mental Interlink Connection hosts Zenlightenment every Tuesday night, and Fridays you can catch the eclectic sounds of Entertainment Hip-Hop Consciousness.
Dance the night away to the latest in hip-hop, reggae, and R&B or get energized on Saturdays with some hot-hot-hot house music. Doors open at 10pm and there's no cover charge until Open Mike hour ends at 11pm.
This unique, fashionable club attracts a diverse, funky clientele, with anything from dreadlocks and braids to business suits and African garb.

Ok..The Myxx is definitely the "crunkest" gay club you're gonna find in or around Charlotte. The Good thing about the Myxx is that the music is on point it's great if you like to dance and dance hard. The Downside...it's really small...it's a bit too "street", the gh word is unacceptable...except for like 10% the other 90% of the people there are either (crazy, weird, dirty, ugly, scary, a mess, or more commonly a combination of all of these). Also if drag shows are what you're looking for...go to Scorpios because the Myxx's queens need to stay in the house. Their show was a waste of my time & money. Sucked. Anyway...IF you wanna be crunk and you don't really care about being in a TRULY "street" UNCLEAN club with TRULY "street" people who really appear unclean..then yea it's cool...otherwise save it for a night when you're low on cash and it's your only option to get krunk.

Cons: Atmosphere, Odd People, Sweaty Floors, Dirty Smelly Bathrooms, Small Low Budget Facility, Bad Drag Performers

No other gay and lesbian club around, from my personal experience, can top club myxx!!! NO DOUBT ABOUT IT!!!
Pros: GREAT MUSIC, GREAT ATMOSPHERE
